Happy Lunar New Year 2024! Chúc mừng năm mới to my fellow Vietnamese.
This year is the year of the Dragon! To be exact, it's the wood dragon. My husband and I did our spring cleaning yesterday to get ready for the new year. There is no bad juju in this house!

I've always knew I was going to make an eastern dragon eventually. This year was the best year to make one! I used red & yellow (because I didn't have gold) since those are the official colors for Lunar New Year. Fun fact: It's also the colors of Vietnam's flag.
I made the smaller version of the Eastern Dragon. It still turned out pretty big though, so I'm kind of glad I went with the smaller version.
Once I was done with this dragon, I took it outside to take pictures. It was so cold outside that day. It also just finished raining as well.
